As a preventive measure, Kid’s Concept issues an urgent call to all customers who own a Fire Truck AIDEN marked with product identification number ID number 10672 to remove and dispose of the upper rope part of the fire hose due to strangulation risk. The ID number can be found both on the packaging and on the product. We have been informed that the rope of the fire hose in products with this specific identification number does not release at the standard breaking point. That is why we are now taking this precautionary measure.

Affected fire trucks with the specific ID number 10672 have been available for sale between August 2022 and July 2023. Fire trucks marked with a different ID number than the one mentioned above are not affected, and no action needs to be taken in those cases.
